User Research
"Our key users are physicians and their office staff who are juggling the demands of caring for their patients while adapting to the constant change that characterizes the healthcare industry. Providing them with a tool that facilitates and supports their efforts was the overriding goal of this project. Every aspect of the new site, from architecture to navigation to design, fully supports that goal."

User research is an integral part of our design process and allows us to uncover audience motivations, behavioral patterns, and problems or roadblocks. These actionable insights become fundamental in forming the strategy, concept, and design of superior sites. In every project, we tailor our approach to the client's specific needs using a variety of methods and tools.

Usability Testing
Usability testing is most successful when it occurs early and often throughout a project lifecycle. Usability testing involves observing how users interact with live or prototype sites to identify potential usability issues. We can test current live sites to create a baseline, discover current usability issues, and uncover audience expectations. We test at all the stages of design and on various mediums, from paper prototyping to interactive visual designs.
