User Research
"Users never stay in one place long. Don't let your user experience stagnate for a year. Keep listening and observing your audiences, always remembering that sites are constantly changing communication channels, not static publications."
Kelley McDonald, Director, Information Architecture
User research is an integral part of our design process and allows us to uncover audience motivations, behavioral patterns, and problems or roadblocks. These actionable insights become fundamental in forming the strategy, concept, and design of superior sites. In every project, we tailor our approach to the client's specific needs using a variety of methods and tools.

Usability Testing
Usability testing is most successful when it occurs early and often throughout a project lifecycle. Usability testing involves observing how users interact with live or prototype sites to identify potential usability issues. We can test current live sites to create a baseline, discover current usability issues, and uncover audience expectations. We test at all the stages of design and on various mediums, from paper prototyping to interactive visual designs.
