Tom Hoover is an accomplished consultant and project manager with over ten years of professional services experience working with clients in commercial and federal markets, including seven years planning, designing, and developing enterprise Web solutions. As a Senior Consultant at NavigationArts, Tom has managed several key initiatives, leveraging his project management and technical expertise for clients including NASDAQ, Discovery Education, and The Washington Post.
Prior to joining the NavigationArts team, Tom served as Web Technologies Manager for Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, where he led the group responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s public Web sites, corporate intranet, knowledge management system, and numerous Web-based productivity tools. Using his technical background and specific expertise in Web programming and database design, Tom helped define the company's strategic technology plan, provided technical input to client engagements, and led numerous complex Web initiatives including the launch of an all-new corporate intranet and a knowledge management system.
Tom has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, both from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He also holds an active Top Secret government clearance.
