Nancy Cazenas - Resource Manager

Nancy manages project resources at NavigationArts to ensure consistently high efficiency. She brings to the role insight from over seven years of managing user experience teams in the development of e-commerce, information systems, and Web portals from concept to launch. Her unique perspective of the organization serves as valuable input into strategic decisions around planning and prioritizing the project pipeline at NavigationArts.

Prior to assuming her resource management role, Nancy successfully led a NavigationArts user experience team at the U.S. Department of State as it redesigned the Bureau of Consular Affairs’ intranet, a critical information resource connecting Foreign and Civil Service professionals around the world.

Prior to NavigationArts, Nancy was a Senior Consultant at Aquilent in charge of user experience teams developing Web-based solutions for the United States Postal Service (USPS). In addition to leading successful projects such as the development of the carrier pickup notification program, Nancy received the Employee Excellence Award for Business Development. Before Aquilent, Nancy was involved in managing and developing two startup eCommerce companies offering utility and telecommunications options in deregulated areas. Among her primary responsibilities was leading site development and analyzing markets to develop targeted customer profiles and marketing strategies.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Grove City College and currently has a Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance.
