The Challenge

D.C. United was not effectively reaching its constituents through the web. Fans struggled to find information on game schedules, tickets purchases, and basic roster information. D.C. United needed a website that promoted the team and sport in the region, and matched the prestige of the United name.

The Solution

User research revealed that D.C. United fans wanted compelling content, web interaction, and easier access to the team’s game schedule. The new visual design replicates the game-day experience. Its immersive, sleek design removes clutter to let users cut through the site to the information they want.

Previously, NavigationArts designed and built Behind the Badge, the D.C. United blog. The blog has quickly become the go-to spot for the club’s most ardent supporters, as well as the place for new fans to learn about the unique individuals that make up United.
