National Center for Missing and Exploited Children selects NavigationArts for application redesign
MCLEAN, VIRGINIA, September 4, 2006 — The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) has chosen NavigationArts, a leading user experience design consultancy, to redesign its case tracking and knowledge base application.
NCMEC is employing Unicenter Service Desk from Computer Associates as the technology platform. NavigationArts will be working with the user interface developers toolkit to customize the out-of-the-box experience to NCMEC’s requirements, including incorporating NCMEC’s branding and messaging. The project will help the NCMEC present a consistent experience both within the company and to the public.

Expected completion of the five-week project is October, 2006. The cost of the contract was not disclosed.
