Goodwill Engages NavigationArts for Strategic User Experience Consulting Services

MCLEAN, VA — December 20, 2004 — NavigationArts, a leading user experience design consultancy, today announced that the firm has been selected by Goodwill Industries International to provide information architecture and user experience design services for its web enterprise. Goodwill Industries International is the worldwide organization providing job training and career services for people with workplace disadvantages and disabilities. Their web site (goodwill.org) and several other web properties provide information and learning opportunities to the public and staff at Goodwill organizations around the world.
