Datatel is a leading provider of management software solutions that help colleges and universities operate crucial administrative functions more efficiently and effectively. The Datatel Users' Conference is an annual gathering to promote best-practices and information sharing among users of Datatel's software.

Mr. Mullen leads the Usability Practice at NavigationArts. His presentation will focus on the issues faced by colleges and universities as they attempt to reduce administrative costs by driving more campus services into self-service web environments. Mr. Mullen is Chairman and CEO of NavigationArts, LLC, a strategic consultancy providing expert services in usability design for web commerce and communications.
