NavigationArts Partners with Marriott to Present at User Focus 2011

NavigationArts' Mobile Practice Director, Doug Brashear, will be speaking alongside Marriott’s Senior Manager of Interactive Strategy, Barney Kirby, at User Focus 2011, the UPA's Annual Usability Conference. Their presentation will focus on Marriott’s Interactive Strategy discipline through the launch of Marriott’s mobile application.

The Usability Professional's Association (UPA) supports people who research, design, and evaluate the user experience of products and services. This Fall, the Washington, DC, chapter is sponsoring User Focus 2011, a conference aimed at bringing together usability professionals in the area to share emerging trends and best practices in the field.
At User Focus 2011, Barney and Doug will be presenting on Marriott’s interactive strategy and eCommerce process, specifically as pertains to mobile. They will discuss the unique challenges of mobile and how they addressed them through a strategic roadmap.
