Stephen Love to Lead NavigationArts' UX Practice

McLean, VA — April 25th, 2011

NavigationArts, a strategic web consultancy, is proud to announce that Stephen Love is joining the firm as Managing Director of User Experience (UX). Stephen’s areas of expertise include analytics, ecommerce, interactive marketing, user adoption, knowledge management, brand strategy, social media, and Microsoft SharePoint. He will be leading the NavigationArts' UX team, comprised of Information Architects and Designers, and pushing this advanced group to the next level.

Since graduating from Brown University in 1993, Stephen has dedicated his career to envisioning and executing strategic digital services for top companies including AOL, BET, CNN, Coca-Cola, Fannie Mae, Georgia Pacific, Marriott, Microsoft, Time Warner Cable, UNICEF, and World Wildlife Fund. He has worked for proven industry leaders, including Northridge Interactive and Commerce One. Stephen founded his own company, Vervos, which provided brand and user experience strategies before its acquisition by Northridge Interactive in 2005.

Most recently, Stephen was the Practice Director of Interactive Services at Digital Management. In this position, he was responsible for the company's SharePoint strategic consulting services, focusing specifically on knowledge management. NavigationArts’ User Experience practice is centered on the belief that UX is the only sustainable advantage that a business can employ in the online world today. As Managing Director of UX, Stephen will bring this philosophy to all NavigationArts’ clients by leading the creation of inherently simple and logical interactive web experiences that exceed user expectations.
