NavigationArts Wins Five Communicator Awards

McLean, VA — June 20th, 2011

Four clients of NavigationArts, Institute of International Education (IIE), Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP), NetWitness, and Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, have been honored by the Communicator Awards for outstanding interactive design. The Communicator Awards is a leading international awards program honoring creative excellence for communications professionals. The Communicator Awards is sanctioned and judged by the International Academy of the Visual Arts, an invitation-only body consisting of top-tier professionals from a "Who's Who" of acclaimed media, communications, advertising, creative, and marketing firms.

The Award of Excellence, the highest honor from the Communicator Awards, was given to NavigationArts’ website redesign for the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids. Hallmarks of the redesign included optimal navigation, quick and easy access to an extensive collection of research such as popular Fact Sheets, and built-in promotion of web-based opportunities to participate in the campaign.

Awards of Distinction were given to IIE in the categories of Website Redesign for Charitable Organizations as well as Website Structure & Navigation; CHAP for Maintaining Excellence for Charitable Organizations; and NetWitness for Security Software Online. The CHAP case study can be viewed on our website.
