The web provides us with the ability to collect massive amounts of data from our online users. By now we all recognize the importance of understanding who is coming to our sites and what they are doing. However, analysing that data and using it in a meaningful way can offer some challenges. Join us as we discuss the importance of analytics and share some best pracices around what and how we can measure our website activity. We will also explore the new Sitecore Online Marketing Suite and Analytics tool and look at some practical applications for improving business.
