NavigationArts Welcomes Erica Milkovich as VP of Technology

McLean, Virginia — May 6th, 2009

NavigationArts today announced that Erica Milkovich-Padilla has joined the company as Vice President, Technology. Erica brings more than 13 years experience in technology leadership at Fannie Mae and AOL to her work at NavigationArts. She specializes in process transformation, roadmap development, business case development, data management, and systems architecture and design.

Erica joins NavigationArts from Fannie Mae where she worked as part of an elite team to deliver one of the largest financial applications in the mortgage industry. Erica was responsible for the data management piece of Fannie Mae’s new Servicer and Investor Reporting System that replaced a 25-year-old legacy system and supported more than 20 million loan transactions valued at approximately $60 billion per month. In that role, Erica managed a team of 25 developers and database administrators and facilitated cross-functional teams to implement streamlined process improvements.

Prior to working at Fannie Mae, Erica was the Senior Technical Manager for Corporate Information Systems at AOL. In that role, Erica was responsible for system analysis, design, and architecture in support of key strategic corporate initiatives. She designed and implemented unique solutions to integrate corporate billing and registration systems between Latin America and the U.S.

As V.P, Technology, Erica will work with NavigationArts’ clients to understand technical requirements and provide guidance as they establish technology strategies. NavigationArts’ technical team has particular expertise in web standards and CSS programming, application design and development, rich Internet applications, web services integration, and content management systems. Erica will play an important role shaping NavigationArts’ technology practice in these and other areas in the ever-evolving field of web development.
