NavigationArts' Rob Cherny Publishes Article on HTML 5

McLean, Virginia — September 1st, 2009

NavigationArts' lead web developer Rob Cherny contributed an article called HTML 5 Starts Looking Real to Dr. Dobb's, a subsidiary of Information Week. In the article, Rob discusses the new HTML 5 and its rich feature set, making it the first legitimate challenger to Adobe Flash, Microsoft Silverlight, and Sun JavaFX.

"Before many of these HTML 5 features, there was no real open alternative to Adobe and Microsoft's closed solutions," Rob writes in the article. "HTML 5 changes this by supporting open standards that expose underlying technologies, enabling integration, innovation, and development of more complex software and services."
