National Center for Missing and Exploited Children selects NavigationArts

September 4th, 2006

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) has chosen NavigationArts, a leading user experience design consultancy, to redesign its case tracking and knowledge base application.

NCMEC is employing Unicenter Service Desk from Computer Associates as the technology platform. NavigationArts will be working with the user interface developers toolkit to customize the out-of-the-box experience to NCMEC’s requirements, including incorporating NCMEC’s branding and messaging. The project will help the NCMEC present a consistent experience both within the company and to the public.

“We are proud to help the NCMEC perform its vital mission” said Leo Mullen, Chief Executive Officer of NavigationArts. “By building flexibility into our design, we will deliver a product to cost-effectively serve the Center’s long-term needs—so it can concentrate on helping children.”

Expected completion of the five-week project is October, 2006. The cost of the contract was not disclosed.
