Nancy Cazenas

Nancy Cazenas, Partner and Senior Vice President of Operations, ensures consistently high efficiency and strategic alignment of resources on our client engagements. She brings to the role insight from managing user experience teams in the development of e-commerce, information systems, and web portals from concept to launch. Prior to assuming her role as SVP of Operations, Nancy first served as a Senior Consultant for NavigationArts, leading an engagement at the U.S. Department of State as it redesigned the Bureau of Consular Affairs’ intranet, then transitioned into the role of Resource Manager. Nancy has also served as a Senior Consultant at Aquilent, and as a manager for two start-up e-commerce companies. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Grove City College.


Dustin Collis

Dustin Collis has over 12 years of experience in all aspects of web and application development. He specializes in CMS (Content Management Systems) implementations, Enterprise Search, and the over-arching integrations that create today’s most sophisticated web presences. Since joining NavigationArts in 2006, Dustin has led the development effort for clients including the U.S. Department of State, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, the National Aquarium in Baltimore, and the Breitbart News Network. In his role as Partner and head of Technology, Dustin manages a team of 30 who focus on building multi-channel web presences for organizations whose sites fulfill critical business objectives.  Prior to joining NavigationArts, Dustin worked at Ironworks, Media General, and Lipper Inc., a Reuters Company.


Denise Lodge

As Partner and head of User Experience at NavigationArts, Denise drives the organization’s focus around critical thinking, innovation, creativity, efficiency and cross discipline collaboration.  Denise brings 25 years of wide-ranging experience delivering complex, systems-oriented projects for Fortune 500 clients. Denise has been with NavigationArts since its beginning and has helped to shape the way we deliver the high quality experiences which have been the core of our 10 year reputation as an industry leader. She has been lead consultant for such clients as Marriott International, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Smithsonian Institution, Sallie Mae, General Dynamics, American Red Cross and the National Education Association. Prior to joining NavigationArts, Denise was a Senior Account Director with Iconixx. Over her 13 years at Iconixx she played roles across the organization including senior designer, information architect, project manager, business development, culminating in the management of major account relationships and overseeing project teams for Citibank International, GEICO, Sallie Mae, Lincoln National, and many others.


Rosie Trevino

Rosie Trevino manages NavigationArts’ finances and operations to ensure sustainable, scalable growth. As a result of her efforts, NavigationArts is financially secure and has the resources available to maintain long-term relationships as client needs grow and evolve. Before joining NavigationArts, Rosie was a Senior Accountant at Atlantic Media. In that role she was responsible for budgeting, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis. Before Atlantic Media, Rosie was a member of the Financial Emergency Emergent Issues Team (FEET) at George Washington University. Rosie holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an MBA from The George Washington University.


Kelley McDonald

Kelley McDonald has more than 14 years of experience helping clients solve complex business problems with web technologies. Since joining NavigationArts in 2004 as Director of Content Strategy, Kelley has served as a lead consultant on projects for a wide range of corporations, nonprofit associations, and government organizations. Kelley is an active voice in the Washington, D.C. user experience community and a frequent speaker and panel participant at user experience and usability-related events and symposia. Kelley is a member of the IA Institute and the D.C. Usability Professionals Association. Kelley holds a Masters in Publications Design from the University of Baltimore and a Masters in Education from Loyola College.


Matt Schleyer

Matt Schleyer specializes in creating exciting, attractive, brand-building interfaces that support user goals and establish clear priorities for user action. Since joining NavigationArts in 2008, Matt has led design engagements for clients including Remington Outdoor Foundation, KidsHealth, and Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids. Before joining NavigationArts, Matt was the Creative Director at Magnet Interactive, which was acquired by AKQA in 2000. After the merger, Matt remained Creative Director at AKQA where he specialized in creating compelling design solutions for Fortune 500 clients. More recently, Matt founded Velocity Media in Charlotte, North Carolina, and served as Chief Creative Officer. There he specialized in identity design and brand strategy work, developing creative solutions that helped clients render their brands across delivery platforms. During his tenure there, Matt worked on interactive projects for Nike, Department of Education, MCI, and New Dominion Bank. Matt graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA in Graphic Design.
